South African donors can support our work via EFT. The Umkhumbane Schools Project is a registered Public Benefit Organisation (Section 18A) and all South African donors will receive a Section 18A receipt with which to claim charitable giving tax deductions.

USA and Other Overseas Donors
Donations from the USA and the UK are managed through our GlobalGiving site, to enable donors to claim the full tax deduction available for their gifts.
GlobalGiving is an international crowdfunding organization through which the Umkhumbane Schools Project has been raising funds since 2015. Member NGOs are vetted for capacity and financial integrity and, once approved, are provided a platform from which to raise tax-deductible contributions from donors in the USA and UK.
